Personal Touch

Aviation Requirements pride ourselves in providing a more personal approach in acquiring and retaining the necessary high quality individuals.

After a successful CV review you will be offered a one-to-one meeting with one of the senior members of the company to discuss all aspects of consultancy, how we as a company operate within the sector and any potential roles that we currently have available. You will be free to ask any questions regarding consultancy whether you feel they are relevant to us as a company or not.

Between us we have decades of experience in both the Military and the Civilian sector.

We will discuss next steps for getting you ‘on-boarded’ to Aviation Requirements and if the meeting takes place in our offices in Sherborne we will endeavour to find you time with our dedicated Manpower Substitution Manager who will take you through that specific process.

Whilst we are unable to offer formal advice in areas such as IR35, Legal, Financial, Company Set Ups etc we can certainly offer the benefit of our experience and the hundreds of Consultants that have come before you.

Throughout your association with Aviation Requirements, we will ensure that the service we provide in terms of establishing contracts between us, settling invoices and assisting with expenses is as efficient as possible.
